The guest speaker at our May meeting was Historian Sandy Clauss of America's Christian Foundation. The title of the program was "The Soul of America". A very enlightening and entertaining program was presented to the membership.

Our President, Stuart Hoyt, gave a presentation regarding the history of little known events in the Revolutionary War.

Our special guest this month, Texas SSAR President, Larry Stevens, gave a presentation "Use of Biological Warfare in the American Colonies and the Revolution" discussing how small pox was used as a biological weapon in the Revolutionary War.

Guest Speaker at the September 2016 Meeting
Once again, we were honored with having Historian Sandy Clauss, of the America's Christian Foundation as our guest speaker. As anticipated, Sandy provided a wealth of information referencing Books from the Revolution and how they played a role in the forming of the Declaration of Independence. As usual, Sandy provided a perspective that was both entertaining and informative. Our thanks to Sandy for taking the time to speak at our meeting.

Our guest speaker this month was Historian Sandy Clauss, of the America's Christian Foundation. Sandy presented his program in the person of Abraham Clarke, a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Once again, our thanks to Sandy for taking the time to present an excellent program for the membership.

Guest Speaker at the April 2017 Meeting
Our guest speaker this month was Compatriot Cliff Caskey. Cliff presented a slide show on the four Veterans Cemeteries in Texas. Cliff is heavily involved in maintaining the appearance of the cemeteries and they are absolutely beautiful. Great job, Cliff!! Thank you, Cliff, for taking the time to present an interesting program to the membership.

Our guest speaker this month was our favorite, Sandy Clauss. Sandy presented a program about December and Christmastime in the years of the American Revolution. He is such a wealth of information and presents the program in such a way as to capture and keep your attention throughout the entire presentation. Thank you, again, Sandy, for attending our meeting and sharing your knowledge of the American Revolution.
